Transfer Plate Registration

Before starting your registration, please be aware of the documents you'll need to upload from your device for your Transfer Registration:

1. All transfer registrations require:
   • Bill of Sale
   • Power of Attorney, Notarized
2. If you have paid Sales Tax and don't have a DOT number:
   • Proof of Sales Tax Paid
   • Power of Attorney, Notarized
3. If your VIN is less than 17 digits:
   • Copy of the Title
   • Power of Attorney, Notarized
   • MVT-10 Form
4. If your trailer is over 3,000 lbs and 2001 or newer:
   • Original Title
   • Power of Attorney, Notarized
   • Our Supplemental Registration Form
